Refund & Return Policy

1. General Overview

At Online Skill India, operated by INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP, we are committed to delivering exceptional skill education, technical training modules, and learning resources. We strive to provide a seamless learning experience for all enrolled students.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Due to the immediate digital nature of our self-paced LMS courses, video lectures, downloadable technical materials, and digital certificates, refunds are evaluated strictly under the following transparent conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: If a student has been billed twice for the same course transaction, INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP will issue a 100% refund for the duplicate transaction upon verification.
• Technical Failure: If access to the purchased LMS course cannot be granted within 48 hours of payment due to verified server or technical issues originating from our platform, a full refund may be requested.
• Cancellation Window: Refund requests for eligible courses must be submitted within 7 days from the date of enrollment, provided that less than 15% of the course content has been consumed or accessed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Course completion certificates or digital badges have already been generated/issued to the student.
• More than 15% of the course video lectures or learning materials have been accessed or downloaded.
• Special promotional, discounted, bundle, or corporate customized training packages.
• Enrollment requests submitted after the 7-day request window.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under this policy, please send a formal email to support@onlineskillindia.com from your registered student email address with the subject line "Refund Request - [Course Name] - [Transaction ID]".

Please include:

• Your Full Name and Registered Email Address
• Order / Payment Reference ID
• Reason for the refund request

5. Processing & Settlement Timeline

Once received, INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP (LLPIN: AAY-6197) will review the request within 3 to 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 7 to 10 working days.
