Online Skill India App - Account Deletion Portal

In accordance with Google Play Store User Data policies and privacy standards, Online Skill India (OSI) users can request the complete deletion of their user account and associated personal data managed by INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP (LLPIN: AAY-6197).

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion using either of the two methods below:

Method 1: Via Mobile App

Open the Online Skill India app on your device.
Log in to your student account.
Navigate to Profile / Settings.
Tap on Account Security → Delete Account.
Confirm your request.

Method 2: Via Web Form

Fill out the official web form below using your registered email address or mobile number. Our support team will process your deletion request upon identity verification.

I confirm that I wish to permanently delete my account, and I understand that I will lose access to all my enrolled courses, active LMS sessions, and certificates.

Data Types That Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently erased from our active servers:

User Profile Data: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Profile Photo, and Account Credentials.
LMS Access & Sessions: Active login tokens, device identifiers, app preferences, and course bookmarks.
Course Progress Logs: Quiz attempts, video watch history, and progress trackers.

Data Types That May Be Retained

In accordance with statutory Indian laws and financial regulations, INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP (LLPIN: AAY-6197) may retain certain transactional records for legal compliance:

Billing & Financial Invoices: Tax invoices, GST billing history, and payment gateway reference IDs will be retained for accounting and tax audit purposes as required by law.
Security Logs: Fraud prevention and security incident logs may be retained for up to 90 days before automated purge.

Processing Timeframe

Account deletion requests submitted via this web form or support email are verified and processed within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a final confirmation email at your registered email address once your data has been purged.
